Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders received between Monday - Friday must be placed by 10am PST to begin processing the same day. These orders are typically processed within 2 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping for your order.

Order Tracking
If a tracking# is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Lost Packages
Once orders have left the IBY Beauty warehouse, the package is in the care of the postal handler. At this point, IBY Beauty no longer makes any adjustments regarding to the package.

USPS, Fedex AND UPS recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost.

International Orders
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time, except in the case of damaged or defective products. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us within 15 days of delivery at info@ibybeauty.com.

If you’ve purchased IBY Beauty products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

Can I Cancel My Order?
If you change your mind about your order please contact us via email info@ibybeauty.com. As long as your items have not shipped, we are able to cancel items or orders.
